Hello, is it possible to order your series 795 window balance with the the 15-198 hook installed instead of the screw in clip? I'm in need of two in size 27D. . At this time I only need two balances to fix one large window. 27D is stamped on the existing balance and they have the 15-195 closed cam t-lock shoes. My window slides down a bit when I open it so it seems the balances are to blame. Thank you
