Hello,

We'd eb happy to help but we'll need to see the entire balance to narrow down your options. If you could show us multiple angles of both end fittings attached to an intact balance removed from the window, as well as the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord, we can go from there.

If you need top sash guides to hold the balance in place below the sash, we would need to see an intact version removed from one of your windows as well. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Take a look at the S395-28 channel balances with 2730 strength options based on your stamp code. Take a look and compare the specifications to yours.

Hi Casey,
Those are the correct ones and measurements - do the channel balance come with the top sash blanace take out clips or do those need to be purchased seperately?
Thank you,
Angela

The balances only come with the metal channel and end fittings shown in our last response. As we mentioned, we would see an intact top sash guide removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory.

We offer the 16-002 take-out clips, but make sure to compare the specifications below to an intact part as well to confirm compatibility with your window.

Hi Casey,
The take out clips match our measurements. So I need to replace 2 windows - I would order 4 of each below?
1. S395-28 - 28" Series 395 Channel Balance
2. 16-002 take out clips

As long as the windows are single hung, meaning only the bottom sash moves, then 4 of each part would be correct.
