Do you have replacement parts for this window?

Hello,
Can I get replacement parts for this window? I am sending pics of inside where the window is placed and the bottom where the pivot bar goes.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, which works with the S152 coil springs. See the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 support barrel used to support these coil springs.

As for your pivot bar, we'd need to see an intact version of your part removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you.

Hello,
Would the top part of the window be used as an identical window to compare for inventory to give the information needed to determine the pivot barI am requested?

As long as the top sash also tilts and uses the same kind of balance hardware, we could use the pivot bar from that sash as well.

Hello,

I looked at the bar and it resembles 26-366. If this works with the other parts recommended, I will try it.
For what I understand is this what i need?
SHOE 15-17, COIL S152, BUSHING 15-143, CAP 15-144, and BARREL 15-145.
Thanks!

The 26-366 pivot bar is not normally recommended with the 15-177 pivot shoe but I tested our parts together and the pivot bar does fit the pivot shoe cam. You should be good to go as long as the specifications below match yours.

You'll also need to check the original coil springs for stamp codes that correspond to one of the strength options for the S152 coil springs.

Hello,
We weight the window and it was about 6lb. With that being said I would say coil S152-6.
I was able to take out the piece of the pivot bar that was left in the window with the broken top.(see photo) For this reason we were afraid to take the top window off.
When measured from the last hole inserted into the window and from the look of the bar we figured it could be 26 -226
What was the instrument used to open the area
To repair the shoe and balance. Where can I purchase?

This is the broken part found in the window.
Hope this is helpful.

Six pounds is quite light, especially for a sash that uses two coil springs on each side. I would recommend checking the original coils to confirm the strength options that the original manufacturers used.

As for your pivot bar, we can't be sure of what you need based on a broken part since many of our replacements have the same style end shown in your photo. There are a few pivot bars listed under the related items section of the 15-177 product page but that is not a comprehensive list of all of the pivot bars used with this assembly. If you could remove a pivot bar from the other side of the sash or an identical window in the house, we can go from there.

Good morning, are there more than two options for the coil? If not then base on our conversation I would take the other one series higher lbs.
If there are more pivot bars than those I see where can they be found?
I thank you all so much for your time and patience.

This pivot shoe is only used with the S152 coil springs but the lowest strength option that we carry would be the S152-4, which will support an eight-pound sash. We did carry three-pound versions of these coils at one time but, unfortunately, they were discontinued and are no longer available.

You're welcome to look through our full selection of pivot bars here

Thank you for your help. I will get back to you when I get the top window out to see the correct part.
