Thanks for writing in! The operator you are searching for is the 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-316. These operators are compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that this is a match.

The part that attaches to the end of the arm is the 39-105 Stainless Steel Detach Clip. This allows the link arm to connect to the stud bracket. Your appears to be connected to the 39-549 Truth Stud Bracket (the opposite is the 39-548).
