Door Handle for Sliding Patio Door

Question

I have a door handel which needs a replacement locking lever latch OR a total handle replacement. I do not see a manufacturer name or model number on the handle. The lock lever is on the side of the handle not on the front. Are you able ot determine the brand and model of the handle, and preferably the part number, so I can buy a replacement lock lever or handle. Thank you.

Thanks for posting. The handle set looks like it has 3-15/16" hole spacing and works with an 82-265 Mortise Lock. I think a thumb lever like the 82-106 should work with this setup, but take a look and see if you agree. If you wanted an all-new handle set, see the 82-030.
