Hello:
I need to replace these parts on a double hung window. The window appears to wiegh 12 pounds.
Can you help?

Hi there Tim.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-177. If the window is 12 pounds, you can use one S152-6 6-pound spring on each side of the window, totaling 12 pounds of overall support. Note that the coil spring fastens to the side of the shoe with a screw like the 33-072.
