Hi Alex. For your channel balance, see our Series 795 Channel Balance. See the video below for details. For your tilt latch, start by looking at our 26-228 and 26-229 Tilt Latches. Compare their dimensions with your old parts to ensure they match.

: Double hung replacement parts,Hi Bob,

I have inspected the windows today but apparently I have missed the options in S795-20 (20a,20b, etc..).

I'll need 20pc of above + 15 Left Hand tilt latch + 15 Right Hand tilt latch. Please let me know if you have it in stock and how long will take to deliver it.

I have found that there are additional 9 windows that are not working? really strange. Please see attached photos on the other 9 windows.

The length of the Channel Balance is 28".

We should have everything in stock. When we're out of stock of an item, it's displayed on that product's store page and you're warned before you're able to add it to your cart. Delivery time will depend on what shipping option you select during checkout; we offer many options.

I'm afraid I can't identify more about these other windows. I cannot make out your balance. Assuming they're the Series 795, it'd be our S795-28.

Hey, Alex. This one's a lot easier. See our Series 770 channel balance. I think you'll agree that this is a good match.

Did you also need the shoe? These are sold separately. The Series 770 is compatible with a few different kinds, but start by looking at our 15-129. This may be a good place to start.
