Double hung windows

Can you help me identify all of these parts? My windows won't stay in place. I have double hung windows. From tip to tip the metal part is 26".

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. What you have here is the Series 795 but your balance uses the 15-198 hook to install so this must be a custom order. Can you tell us the stamp printed on the metal channel? How many balances are you looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.

Sorry. It didn't upload those photos. I'm looking to get 4 for now to fix one window/ two sashes. If it's not too hard then I will order more.
