Dual coil Vinyl window Balance and shoe

The coil springs I am looking for, removed from damaged units, consist of 2) springs ganged together and attached to a #530 shoe ( as marked on existing shoe, still in track). There is a large slot in the top of the track which allows the old coils to be removed. The coils have a 5 marked on one and an 8 on the other, in each pair.
Can we use the S140 dual coil 11 or 12 with shoe attached in our units...?

We may be able to help, though before I recommend anything I'd like to see a picture of your original pivot shoe.

Here are 2 pics of the existing shoe, still in the track. They are beat up due to rough use.

Thank you! That shoe has been discontinued, unfortunately, however I believe that the dimensions are comparable to our Series 140 balance system. Look this over and see if the dimensions line up. If so, you could use it to replace your setup, but you will also need to replace the pivot bar with either the 26-398 or 26-405, depending on the screw hole placement. Since the old springs were 5 and 8, I'd specifically recommend the S140-13.
