Egress window won't close

Question

The operator arm (I think that's what it is called) is bent/twisted.

I think I need to replace that and the bottom hinge or the egress window. The top one is working fine

Thanks for writing in. See our 39-022 and 39-023. Look over the dimensions and see if they match with your old hardware. For a new hinge set, see if our 36-048 matches what you need.
