Entry Guard Truth 3317 ZO?

Question

I can't read the final letters/numbers on the assembly due to rust. I think it is ZO. Those last two appear to be letters as they were thicker than the numbers.

We have not removed the assembly so I don't have a picture of that but we did take off the "cap" hiding the mechanism and I've sent a picture of that.

The window is long and narrow

I could use a left and right swing.
