Hi there! Your operator looks like our 39-035 and 39-036. I'm very confident that these will work for you, though yours appears to be missing its cover. You may want to see our 39-107.

I'm not sure about the lock. You're showing us two in your third photo: one that's installed, and another held up to it. Which one did you need? If you needed the one that's still installed, I'm afraid I've never seen it before. Could we see what it looks like out of the window, just like how you show the other one in that same photo?
