EntryGard Truth Operator For Hurd Casement Window

A home owner from Kansas City, MO says:
Hello,

We need to replace, what I think is called the operator, on a Hurd casement window. The right side looking out will crank out, but won't crank in. I attached images of the working side of the window (left). The part says "EntryGard Truth" on it. I also need new cranks and 2 plastic covers. Can you help identify the parts that I need?

Thank you!
David

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hi David, it sounds like your operator is stripped. You can replace it with either our 39-035 or 39-036. For the cover and handle, you'll need our 39-107 and 39-114L. Look them all over and let us know what you think!
