Hi,
The metal strips on the side of my window have broken. I have four of the outer plastic cartridge things. One says 10, another 11, and two say 15. I was able to find the 10 on your website but not the others. Please let me know what parts I need to buy to repair the window (it doesn't hold itself up anymore).

Hey there. This looks like an older version of the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil balance springs sold separately. Stamps on the coil housing are not reliable--stamps on the actual springs are what indicate the spring weights needed. See the video below for more details. If your old housing is not damaged you can reuse it--otherwise, see the newer style 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These parts 'sandwich' around each coil.

Hello, I found that one of the housings had two coils. One of the metal coils had 4k stamped on it and the other 5k. The other coils were broken and I couldn't see any numbers on them.

I weighed the sash and the digital scale said 14.2lbs while the regular scale said 14 lbs.

Which housings, coils, and shoes should I buy? Thank you,

For a 14 pound sash, you can use one 7 pound spring on each side of the window. That'd be our S152-7.

For each individual spring, you'll need one 15-143, one 15-144, and one 15-145.

The shoe is our 15-177, as mentioned previously.
