Failing channel balances

Quick Learner from Commercial Point Ohio
Hi I have several windows that have failed balances. There preventing my windows from opening and staying open. The hook at the one end of these fixes to the top of the window frame. I assume that there is at the bottom of part of the balance that has caused the issue. I haven't looked for this part because it is really cold out and I do not want to disassemble the window and not be able to reassemble. Do you guys have this part? Thank you!

Hello, thank you for posting,

We should be able to assist, but unfortunately we are not able to confirm the series of balance the window uses without seeing the bottom shoe piece. It most likely disconnected or broke off within the window channels. Once we see this part removed, we can further review. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Perfect, thank you!

Your window uses the Series 795 channel balance, but with the 15-198 hook at the top and 15-194 T-lock shoe. We will need to custom assemble the hook at the top of the balance for you.

The 15-194 shoe will need to be purchased additionally and swapped out with the stock shoe before installing.

To move forward, can you confirm that the length of the metal channel measures 26 inches and is marked with 26B?

How many balances are you in need of? For custom orders there is a minimum of (2). From there I can send over an order link with pricing for your review. Thank you!
