Hello,

Your channel balance may be a match to our S390-30 if the bottom attachment measures 1-1/8" in depth. You'll also need to weigh one of the window sashes since the (2990 stamp is part of an outdated weight system to determine the spring strength needed to support the window. Once you know the exact sash weight, you can follow the chart under the product description to choose the correct option for your balances.

We would need to see photos of your pivot shoe and pivot bar to recommend replacements but based on your dimensions, the 15-046 pivot shoe and 26-040 are good places to start. The color of the cam is not used for identification, so focus more on the style and dimensions of the shoe.
As for your spiral balance, I agree that yours seems to match our S600-29 with a red tip strength option.
Availability and bulk pricing can be viewed on our product pages. Thank you!

I could only upload 5 pics, more to follow here. Apparently I can't upload any more pics.
The channel balance sash is 35 lbs
The metal channel balance part is 29-1/2" long, not 29" as it would be on the S390-30
The channel balance bottom is 1-1/4"x1-3/16"; not 1" x1-1/8"

Casey isn't here today, but I'll do my best to help.

Your shoe doesn't look like the 15-003, just eyeballing your photos, but if you're convinced that it's 1-3/16" deep then that'll have to be it. That's the only shoe we carry in that size.

If your balance is also 29-1/2", then this definitely has to be a custom order. Please give me a little time to confirm if this is something we can make and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Okay, we're good to go on our end. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for 56 balances. These will be configured according to the specifications you've given; a 19-002 top, 15-003 bottom, and a 29-1/2" long metal channel. You can use that purchase link to place an order on our site.

Let me know if you had any questions.

A professional from Guilford County Schools, NC says:
Window sash is 35#
Will it take longer to have the 29.5" channel balance assembled vs the standard 29" length? (actual metal length)
Also can you price just one pair with the 19-002 top and 15-003 bottom so I can test the fit and function prior to ordering the full quantity required?

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We do not have a 29" balance in stock either at the moment, but it's not worth considering since it will not work. If your old balance is 29.5" then that's what you will need to use.

I will email you a new order link for just one pair. Note that the price will go up since it's under the bulk discount threshold.
