Sashes are easily removed.How do you remove them and are there any laches avaible for these windows. Thanks Robert

Thank you! Please look at our 90-278 lock and 90-257 keeper. Compare the size and distance between the screw holes to your own hardware to confirm if these will work.

The other two items look like our 16-002 take out clip and 18-073 top sash guide.

As for removing the sash, see the video below. I think you'll find this helpful.

1965? Really? Seems unlikely.
Not impossible, I guess, but unlikely.
