Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 26-408 tilt latch pair looks like a good match. Review the specifications and see if you agree.

The balance looks like a match for the Series 795, which comes attached with the 15-195 1-1/4" wide closed cam T-lock shoe. You'll want to remove the old one to confirm the specifications align. If they don't, please let us know exactly how.

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Does the balance mount with a screw or a hook?

Thanks for confirming! We can supply replacements for your balances, but they'll have to be a custom order since they use a hook to install. We'll take the S795-21 with the 21E stamp and swap the screw tab for the 15-198 hook. A pair of balances with the 21E stamp is calibrated for a window sash weighing 22 to 26 pounds so we recommend you weigh the window sash and confirm this before placing the order.
