I need a balancer system - Block & Tackle Rod, ONE-Size 28.3 inches long. If you have a size which would work, that is very near this size, I probably would need two for the window. Hey, Barbara. This doesn't look like our Series 850, but it does look like our Series 795. However yours has a 15-198 top hook and 15-194 bottom shoe, which means this has to be specially made. We can make it for you, but before we begin can you tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many you need? |
TOM: More pictures for you . I need you to make me two systems. Case number again is 28C bsi RN. I measured 28.3 inches long. Tom: My account order number is - D111730. I ordered a Series 850 and returned it. It would not work. This was around May 23, 2018. I got a notice that you could make me one. The case number is 28 C BSI RN. Thanks for getting back to us. We can definitely custom make this for you. Keep in mind our balance will be 28" long, not 28.3". I've never seen a balance with that length. I would make sure you're only measuring the metal channel. For now, I'll send you an order link for two S795-28 balances with a 28C stamp, 15-198 hook, and 15-194 shoe.
