I am in search of channel spiral balances for GAPCO Series 190 DH-R30 MST: 4060 tilt windows.

Thanks for writing in. We have channel balances and spiral balances, but we need some more information to identify which it is that you need. Do you have the ability to take and post photos of your old balances, along with the dimensions of the balance and the weight of the sash? Once we know more, we can help you out.

Mike,

I assume the spiral balance is 3/8" from the pic I attached. The measurement of the while plastic tube cover is 29" in length but down to the end of the spring is 30". The plastic tip is blue.

I also need one white plastic trim in the pic.

Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? If the tip is blue, I'm leaning more towards our Series 600 balance. If you are confident the outer tube diameter is 3/8", then see our Series 900 instead.

We can help replacing the vinyl glazing, but we need to see a clear picture of its end profile. It will need to be a totally undamaged sample. Measurements would also help.
