Thanks for posting. I believe this either our 39-253LB and 39-253RB, or the 39-438B and 39-439B. These sets of operators are identical, except that the 29-253LB and 39-253RB use a square track slider at the end of the link arm, the 39-529 sold separately; whereas the 39-438B and 39-439B use a rectangular track slider that comes with the assemblies. Check your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a new cover and handle, see the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
