Grandura Simonton 9800 Series DH windows

Question

The balances have broken on a double hung window on the right side of the window but unsure which parts are needed. Pictures have been uploaded.

Thanks for your post! Your Simonton coil balance assembly can be replaced with the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe and the Series 159 Coil Balance. To determine the correct coils for your replacement, you will need to remove your existing balances and look for any stamps/marking on them. That number will tell you the exact spring you need to complete your assemblies.

Your existing pivot bar will not be compatible with the replacement shoe, so you will also need to purchase the 26-083 Pivot Bar. The coil support can be replaced with the 15-256 Double Coil Support.
