This looks like either a 15-195 or 15-194 T-Lock Shoe, depending on its size. However, your old shoe has a groove in its stem that lets it fit into a similar groove in the channel. Or T-Lock Shoes lack this feature. Therefore, I am afraid you would need to replace the channel balances as well. See our Series 795 Channel Balance. This blog article here goes into more detail.
