Window Crank Operator 07701-00 R/H

Question

Existing "crank" does not work....feels locked up. Need to replace handle, mechanism and arm to connect with the window. I am unsure of the brand but on the underside of the mechanism are the numbers "07701-00 R/H". The arm has a script logo that says "Wright".

I hope this helps in identifying the parts I need. Thank you.
