Shoe is 2"x1-1/4x1/2. Channel (bar)is 2-1/2" with one hole in approx the center.

Thanks for posting. Our 15-046 Pivot Shoe has those same dimensions. For the pivot bar, see if our 26-040 matches what you have. We don't carry that exact pivot bar housing--see if our 26-330 might work as a substitute. Let me know if you have other questions.
