Having trouble with one of two.

Hi, I purchased 39-315 and 316 to fix a broken right side operator. Right side worked fine, changed the left so they would match, but now the left wont close (1 inch gap). How do I fix this?

Hello there. Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Does the operator you are having issues with match up dimension-wise to the 39-315 and 39-316? See the diagrams of these replacement operators below for reference; let me know if anything in fact differs, and if so, in what way. If the operators do match up, can you tell me if the window sash can close all the way without the operator installed, i.e., if you remove the operator from the sash and just try manually closing the sash? Let us know and we will proceed from there.
