Help Identifying Hardware

Question

I was able to remove the balance with the broken spring. I attached additional photos with measurements of my balance. No manufacturer name on the part. Just a patent number. The number is 5.353.548. There is no screw or clip that holds the two half together. It looks like H shape “dovetail” connection. If you have a part that would fit, I would need 2 and it should be a 10 lbs. rating. Thank you.
