We can supply your balance, but it will require a custom order to assemble the 15-198 hook at the top for installation. 

To further review, can you confirm the width of the T-lock shoe measures 1-1/4" wide? Can we also see an additional image of the T-lock shoe face forward? We need to confirm if the metal cam is a closed or open (see through) style. 

How many balances are you in need of? For custom orders there is a minimum of (2) required. Thank you!
