Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have a 1:1 match for this operator. The 39-171 and 39-172 are similar but they have offset link arms so that could be a deal breaker. Another option is the 39-315 and 39-316 operator but the link arm is on top instead of on the bottom like yours. We can't promise our assemblies will replace your old one but review the specifications and see what you think.
As for the brackets, take a look at the 39-545 and 39-546. If you need the hinge, start by taking a look at the 36-048. We recommend you review the specifications for our parts and compare them with yours to see if they align. Note that we always recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
