Help! Trying to ID Channel Balance. 28C USB

my channel is 1/2" wide 9/16" deep and 29" long and has 28C USB stamped on it

sorry 28" long !

Hi, we appreciate the inquiry and we're happy to help! We're off to a good start with basic measurements and the channel stamp, but we'll still need to see the top and bottom plastic attachments to determine the series of balance. In the meantime, you can look over your options here.

Thanks for sending the photos to Kathleen. The bottom shoe looks like it has a 1" depth, so look at Series 380. The metal channel length should be 29", so you would order S380-29. The spring weight 28C would be 2830 for a sash weighing between 16-23 lbs.
