Help looking for replacement sash hardware

Hey there, Neil. It seems you have the old Silverline 1200 Series window. The top sash uses the 26-412 pivot bar with wings and the 26-040 pivot bar for the lower sash. To remove the broken pivot bar in the shoe, you will need a pair of pliers. From there, you would grab on the broken piece and turn it towards the inside of the house to release it. That should do the trick.

Should you also need new balances, our S765-27 with a 26-5 option along with our S765-29 with a 28-5 option would be the best matches for you. Lastly, the pivot shoes have been replace with our 15-040, which is a newer style. Let us know if you found any of this helpful to you.
