Help replacing disintegrated coil balance

Looking for correct part to replace disintegrated triple coil balance. Windows installed 2005. Info attached.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Our 15-199 pivot shoe looks like a match. If the width of the spring band is 3/8" wide, see the S165-4 4-pound coil spring and 15-205 triple coil spring support.
