Tom from SWISCO responded:

This is a very old style balance. I think we can still help, but it will definitely have to be a custom order.

Before we go any further, can you tell me the length of the metal channel and the weight of the sash they support? Can you also tell me the width of the bottom shoe? Those three details should help me to confirm if our parts can replace this.

A quick learner from Painter Virginia says:
Sorry it took a few days to get these measurements. This is not our primary residence. Length of the channel is 28 inches. The sash weight is 19.5lbs. The width of the bottom shoe is 1.25 inches. Thanks Again.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

That's perfectly alright, we've been away for the holidays so your timing is perfect.

We can definitely supply these balances. I know the design looks a little different, but I think yours is just an older version of the Series 795. In fact, I'm told that yours actually uses the first ever design made by that manufacturer. I don't have an exact date but they are definitely old.

As I said before, these have to be custom made, so our stock Series 795 won't do it by itself. We have to add the 15-198 hook to it in our shop before we send it out to you. So what I'll do is email you a purchase link and price quote that will allow you to add four balances to your cart that are made to these specifications.

Please let me know if you had any other questions and I would be happy to assist.
