Help with Channel Balance Order

Hello! We recently purchased 2 - 26" Series 795 Channel Balance but the one end does not fit our window condition. Order number 3112935. The attached images show the balance we need. What is the correct balance we need and can we exchange the ones we bought?

Hi, just checking in on the status of this. Do I need to exchange the full balancer or just need an additional part? Please help

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. We can help with this, but it must be a custom order since your balance installs with a hook. I'll email you a purchase link for (2) S795-26 balances with the 26D stamp and 15-198 hooks attached. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time.

We don't have instructions, but the installation process is the same. The only difference is that you'll need to pop the hook into the old hole, instead of screwing it to the jamb.
