Hello,

Your pivot shoe dimensions appear to be a match for the 15-046 Pivot Shoe. When double checking the dimensions, be sure to compare the dimensions for the nylon cam to ensure your existing pivot bar will be a fit.

This shoe uses the 26-040 Pivot Bar.
