Hello, I need a pair of hinge pins for an upper sash. The balance system is marked "20 5 BV CMC 4" and has rectangular holes for the hinge pins. The hole dimensions are approximately 0.25"x 0.375". I estimate the age of the windows to be roughly 15 years.

It sounds like you may be looking for replacement pivot bars. We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'd need to see an intact pivot bar removed from the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. We do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar but the 26-040, 26-068 and 26-089 are similar. The determining factor would be how the backset of the installation holes compare to yours. As long as one hole matches your backset, it could work for your repair.
