Hi, I think I need the spiral and the parts to attach it to window.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged spiral balance and pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as the diameter of the balance tube, to identify a replacement for you. Thank you!

Hi there, does this help? (see pictures)

The balance is 15" long and 5/8" wide, with white tip. I think it's the S600-15

The shoe is 2", 1 1/4", 1/2".
I think it's the 15-046

I am guessing the pivot bar is 3", but cannot tell because it's rusted to pieces. In other windows in my house (which are a bit larger), the measure 3"

Please let me know what to do.

Great. Based on your photos and the dimensions you've provided, I agree that the S600-15 with a white tip that supports a sash between 4-11 pounds and the 15-046 pivot shoe would be the way to go. I can't guarantee which pivot bar you need without seeing an undamaged one but you can start with our 26-040 and see if the installation hole placement would work in your sash. Thank you!
