Housing for balance support

Question

I need to locate the parts for a Simonton Window, the balance coil assembly housing for triple coil. The coil is 3/8" wide, and it's a triple coil. Everything from the balance assembly housing looks to be intact, except for the housing.  Also, if you happen to know what size pan head screw is needed that would be helpful as well. Thanks!

Hello! We should definitely be able to help with these parts. See our 15-199 pivot shoe, Series 165 coil spring, and 15-205 triple coil support.

The 15-205 uses a #8 screw, if memory serves, but length tends to be variable. You should take one of the old ones to a local hardware store to have them match it up.
