How to mount a channel balance

Hi,
I have ordered the 795-28b channel balance, but i need the clip type mounting. The window is a round hole nut a square hole so the 26-200 is not compatable with a round hole.
What do I need to make this work?

Hello there!

Thank you for contacting us. I'm afraid you can't use the stock Series 795 with the screw tab since your balance uses a hook and the jamb has a rounded hole.

We can help supply you the Series 795 with the 15-198 hook attached but it will just need to be a custom order. However, note that this balance comes with the 15-195 shoe by default. Can you confirm if your old balance has this shoe? If it doesn't, may I see a photo of it? Lastly, how many balances are you looking to purchase? I can draft a price quote from there.

Hi, thank you for the quick reply. I have the correct shoe, it just wasn't compatable with my existing balances. There is another question that I had going to get to this point.

Anyway, I probably won't be able to do these all at once but below are the quantities I need.

Balance 28C - 42ea
Balance 28B - 10ea
Balance 24D - 2ea
Balance 34C - 4ea

Thanks for confirming those details! I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for your requested quantity that you can use to place an order on our website. You'll just have to swap the default shoe with the one you purchased previously as shown in the video below once you receive your order.

thank you. Since these would be custom is it possible to have them made using shoe 15-194 instead of the default?

Absolutely! I'll re-send you a new quote that will include the 15-194 attached to your balances. Just note that the price went up as we had to add the cost of the 15-194 shoe.
