Hi, I need to replace my window operator due to a stripped gear. I don't find any notch in the slider track to pull the operator arm from the track. How do you remove it? Thank you!

Hello,
The tracks used with the 39-438B and 39-439B operators generally have open ends, meaning that you should be able to slide the guide at the end of the straight arm out once you remove the installation screws from the base.
