Hi there!

It sounds like your balance may use a hook to install. Can you confirm? It would also be a huge help to see photos of the balance you're looking to replace to ensure we get you the right hardware for the job.

Yes the top of balance has a hook attached to cord. It has stamped on it 32C. I haves already ordered replacements from your website.

Thank you for the photos. I see you purchased the Series 795 but I'm afraid they won't work for you. The S795 uses a screw tab to install while yours uses the 15-198 hook which means this would need to be a custom order. With that said, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) S795-32 balances with the 32C stamp, 15-195B shoe, and 15-198 hook that you can use to place an order on our website.
