Hurd Window Mechanism

Question

Hello,
The crank gears are stripped on two of our Hurd windows. When we unlock them, they simply swing out and we cannot crank them back in. The visible window parts are white.
We need a 13 1/2 inches, single arm for both a left and right swinging window.

Hello! Based on the size given, I recommend our 39-014 operator. We also sell the 39-013 for the opposite side.
