Hurd casement operator

A home owner from 60045 says:

The casement operator appears to be stripped as the handle spins and will not open or close the windows. I need approximately 10 sets and will identify the amount of right or left handed if you can identify the part.

Thanks, Bill

Hi, Bill.

It appears you have either our 39-253LB & 39-253RB or 39-438B & 39-439B operators. These operators are very similar but the only difference is the design of the guide at the end of the arm. The video below will help you determine the best match.
