Hurd operator

Thanks for posting. This looks a lot like either our 39-253LB & 39-253RB, or the 39-438B & 39-439B operators. These two sets are essentially identical, except that the 39-253LB & 39-253RB use a square-shaped slider at the end of the straight arm, the 39-529, which is sold separately. The other set of operators use a rectangular slide that comes with them. The video below illustrates this in more detail. You'll need to check your old hardware to see which set matches best. In either case, for new covers and handles you can use the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
