A contractor from Aspen CO says:
August 2, 2021
The length of the track on the wind is 13 3/4" the width of the bronze /gray opener is 5 5/8" Reason for this request is the wheel at the end of the opener keeps sliding off the track on the window at the mid point. The operator is loose / not sure if longer screws will stop this or if a new operator is necessary. Thanks
