I desperately need this part

Question

My wife was cleaning the windows and broke the shoe, I broke the plastic cover taking it out! This is a Mezzo double hung window.
This came off the right side as I look at the window from inside the house. The numbers on the coils 7E--7EL.

Can you please help me.

We do not carry an exact match for this style of pivot shoe, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs.

If each coil is stamped with a 7, see the S152-7 coil springs. With all four springs, the total sash weight should weigh 28 pounds.
