I need a quote for 4 gold or bronze

If you were standing on the inside of the window and pushed it open. It would swing to the right. I don't have a picture to reference.

Thanks for posting. See our 39-387 & 39-388 Split-Arm Operators. Just double-check your dimensions to confirm they match. I am afraid that these only come in white. For a crank handle, see our 39-114L.

Problem is my split arm is a dimension of 3 1/2

I think they most comparable to the 39-317

Well, the problem with the 39-317 is that the gear arm is above the link arm where the rivet connects them, whereas with your old operator the link arm is above the gear arm. This certainly will hinder function. To use the 39-317, you will need to remove the link arm and then re-rivet it on top of the gear arm with our 62-014 rivet. Otherwise, the dimensions are very close.

Another thing to keep in mind: I extended both arms on the 39-387 and got 7-7/8" as a total length from the center of the main gear in the base to the center of the hole in the link arm. This may be a little more accurate for your purposes.

i Bought 4 of the 39-387 and the overall of mine is 8 1/4". So the window wont fully extend 3/8" ?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with our hardware. I'm not sure that I understand the issue. Can you go into more detail? Is the problem that the window won't open by 3/8"? If so, could you adjust the position of the bracket to make up for the difference?
