Hi Rakesh,

Thanks for writing in! Your operator can be replaced with the 39-036 Truth Hardware EntryGard Dyad Window Operator. This is a newer, updated style of the operator you currently have. The opposite handed version is the 39-035.

The cover and handle are sold separately from the operator; I've tagged a few options below for your review.
