Thanks for posting! You have an older, discontinued Simonton coil assembly. It can be replaced with the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe and the Series 159 Coil Balances (used with the 15-256 support). 

The existing pivot bar will not be compatible with the shoe, so you'll also need the 26-083 for the repair. The dimensions for each of these parts can be found on the website.
