Hello,

This looks like our 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which uses either our 1/2" thick Series 160 springs or 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Measure the thickness of your old springs to determine which you need and let us know if you have any other questions.

Your pivot bar reminds me of our 26-378 but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look to confirm. Thank you!
